Breakfast : Egg with bread
Food group : Meet and carbohydrates .

Lunch : Rice With Pork and vegetables
Food group:Meet and Vegetables and carbohydrates .

Dinner : porridge With chicken and vegetables
Food group:Meet and Vegetables and carbohydrates .

BreakFast : Cake With milk
Food group: carbohydrates Diary Products .

Lunch : Rice With Fish And Vegetables
Food group: Meat and Vegetables and carbohydrates and Proteins .

Dinner : Fried Rice With Nuggets
Food group : Meat and carbohydrates .


Week 1 Reflections : I feel that I ate from a verity of food groups this week and that I feel that I am very healthy.
